THE Painting for Pleasure group of artists will be holding its second annual exhibition on Sunday, November 2 from 10.30am until 4pm in Hethersett Village Hall.
As their name suggests the group consists of local artists who “simply paint for pleasure.” Last year's exhibition attracted well over 200 people.
The group started in 2006 and was the brainchild of Linda Goldspink and once again the 2008 exhibition will include a variety of mediums from watercolours and pastels to oil and acrylics. The event will also feature live café style music from the Pizzicatos trio, craft stalls, light lunches and refreshments. Many of the paintings will be available for sale
