A 17-YEAR-OLD girl is directing New Buckenham Players' latest show, the Oscar Wilde classic The Importance of Being Earnest.Caroline Wood has been involved with amateur dramatics for the past seven years and is finishing her BTec National Diploma in Musical Theatre at Norwich City College.

A 17-YEAR-OLD girl is directing New Buckenham Players' latest show, the Oscar Wilde classic The Importance of Being Earnest.

Caroline Wood has been involved with amateur dramatics for the past seven years and is finishing her BTec National Diploma in Musical Theatre at Norwich City College.

She has performed lead roles at college and in village productions, choreographed panto-mines and variety shows and written, directed and choreo-graphed her own show - Fright Night, with Attleborough Players.

The Importance of Being Earnest is on July 26, 27 and 28 at 8pm at New Bucken-ham Village Hall.
