Chance to try a bit of meditation
New drop-in meditation classes have started running from the Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre. These classes teach the benefits of meditation, how to meditate and provide simple meditations to relieve stress and offer practical advice on developing a lasting inner peace.
New drop-in meditation classes have started running from the Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
These classes teach the benefits of meditation, how to meditate and provide simple meditations to relieve stress and offer practical advice on developing a lasting inner peace. As well as helping us all to develop the art of positive thinking, the evening and lunchtime classes are also a place to share time with like minded people, and meet new friends. The first class is free.
Meditation classes are running in the following areas,
Amoghasiddhi Buddhist Centre, Cyprus House, Queens Square, Attleborough
Mondays, 7 - 8.30pm, £5, (or £20 for 5 classes)
Tuesdays, 12 - 1pm, £4, (or £16 for 5 classes)
