Wymondham nu-folk band Adelaide's Cape are beginning to take big steps with their music career.
They will be launching their debut EP through Dustbowl Records in March, before embarking on a UK tour.
Originally from Wymondham, but now based between the town and Bath where the two members - Sam Taylor and Hannah Richardson - are at university, the band have quickly become favourites in Norfolk and Bristol, and have played sell-out shows at Norwich Arts Centre and Bristol's Grain Barge already this year.
The band, alongside well-known London alt-folk band Stars Of Sunday League and Norwich music hero Alex Sheppard, will take to the Norwich Arts Centre stage on January 15 for a one-off city gig - the last they'll play before their EP launch and tour two months later.

The band formed in 2006, while both constant members were at Wymondham High Sixth Form, and they still return to their Wymondham homes during the university holidays. They are well-known in The Feathers pub where a monthly folk night called Meet In The Hedge has helped them raise their profile and get some music industry connections.
