FUN AND GAMES: A huge team of Great Moulton and Aslacton residents took part in the South Norfolk Village Games at Framingham Earl Sports Centre on Sunday. The event staged by Active Norfolk, inspired by London 2012, featured 12 events ranging from archery and five-a-side football, to darts and rounders.
A great day was had by all and the roof was certainly raised when Team A/M, as they are known, were announced as the Small Village Winners.
They are now preparing themselves for the Norfolk Village Games finals on September 4 at the UEA in Norwich.
Clair Burrows, the Team A/M village games coordinator would like to thank everyone for their massive support and enthusiasm both on the day and in the weeks preceding the event.
