MULBARTON WANDERERS were crowned champions of the Anglian Combination Division Five on Saturday after rounding off a 12-game winning streak with a 3-1 defeat of Wells Town Reserves (goals from Holland, Babb and Bland).
The future looks bright for Wanderers with their Reserve and Veterans teams also gaining promotion this season from their respective leagues.
A club spokesperson said: 'Congratulations to everyone involved, you have done the club and village proud.'
