In the Men's EBA, Division South One, Connaught A drew 60-60 and 2.5-2.5 at Norfolk BC B. M Parsons 20-20, T Makings 12-25, J Ross 28-15.
Again in Division South One Connaught A won 78-55 and 5-0 in a solid performance at Dickleburgh. M Parsons 24-13, T Makings 28-23, J Ross 26-19.
In the Breckland League Connaught Ladies won well by 83-40 and 8-0 at home to Watton. S Parsons 22-9, S Bragg 31-16, C Beavers 30-15.
In the Ashill Mixed Triples League, Division One, Connaught A lost 47-48 and 2-6 in a close derby match against Connaught B. In Division Two Connaught D had a big win at Swaffham B by 78-43 and 7-1. In Division Four Connaught C also had a big win, by 67-29 and 8-0 at home to Watton B.
Jim Ross bowed out of the National Over-55 singles with a 10-21 defeat against Brian Taylor at County Arts.
Congratulations to Connaught's 17-year-old Ollie Allen on being selected for Norfolk Under-30s in league matches against Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.
