THE Ko Yama Ryu Goshin Jitsu Club held its annual summer grading at Wicklewood Village Hall recently.

Joining the regular club instructors, Kate and Oliver Garwood, was sensei Dave Redding from Norfolk Tomiki Kwai.

With 27 students present the day got off to a flying start with a fantastic display of ability from the lowest grades and youngest students.

The second two classes grading had a tougher time as they are getting closer to the coveted black belt. With smiles all round, the club had a successful day with everyone sporting their new belts.
