Silver trophy joy for Jack
Taekwondo ace Jack Spall, from Attleborough, won a silver trophy at the English Championships on Sunday, missing gold by just one point.All the 11-year-old's hard work since the north Wales championships early this year paid off - and he has now qualified for the World Championships in Telford in September.

All the 11-year-old's hard work since the north Wales championships early this year paid off - and he has now qualified for the World Championships in Telford in September.
Jack hopes to represent Britain in the 2016 Olympics. He has been a practioner of taekwondo for almost five years and belt wise is currently a red stripe.
He has been invited to compete in the Wasco Championships on June 3 to 8 but his attendance would depend on how it fits in with his schooling.
Muhtar Hussin and Liam Palmer coach Jack, who said: 'I cannot thank enough all the continued help from Mr Palmer and Mr Hussin, and can't wait to get stuck in for September.'
