They notched 191 in 38.5 overs with youngster Tom Brandon Street top scoring with 49.
In reply, Saham Toney scored 193-3 in 39 overs.
This weekend the club has two more matches as it prepares for its first-ever season in the prestigious Norfolk Alliance.
On Saturday Hethersett visit Garboldisham in a friendly and on Sunday the club opens its Mid Norfolk Sunday League Division One campaign with a home match against Fakenham (1pm start).
