HETHERSETT Hawks/Swinton & Co have completed the transfer of a former British U16 Champion for the coming season.

Nick Myhill started his career with Hethersett in 1998 and won his British title in 2004 before leaving to have three seasons with Premier League Norwich in 2006.

Myhill, who is arguably the best rider in Norfolk at the current time, wants to step back from the commitment and pressures of Premier racing and come back to the Hawks to help them in their quest for a South-East Regional League title.

Nick's signing will be a big boost for the young members of the team who finished a best-ever third in the league last season. The season opens on March 22.
