It was a day of nail-biting competitions at the Girls' Kwik Cricket Norfolk finals, held at Fakenham Cricket Club last week.
Robert Kett Junior School's team showed real focus and determination throughout the day. The team played extremely well, winning all of their five games. They now go through to represent Norfolk at the East of England finals at Mildenhall Cricket Club, Suffolk on July 5.
The team included; Lily Ray, Aimee Palmer, Elena Stachal, Imogen Margerum, Kate Scorey, Abbie Shorrock, Chloe Moore, Kirsty Soanes, Rebecca Mainprize and Emily Rooker.
Mr Claxton, PE co-ordinator at the school was very proud of their performance saying: 'A big well done to the team; our first-ever county win for the school! We wish the team all the best in the East of England finals.'
