Bungay-based Black Dog club had the biggest contingent and came out top with nine gold medals, with host club Wymondham taking eight.

Wymondham coach Chris Claydon said it was a chance for inexperienced low graders to get a taste of friendly competition.

'Well done to everyone who took part. There was some really good judo.'

The competition was held at Ketts Park hall on Saturday and was a fund- raising event towards the cost of running the club minibus.
