Danny Gray took his tally for the season to 13 with four goals and there was a hat-trick from Paul Grimwood. Matt Steward and Alex Robinson weighed in with a brace apiece.
This week the team will find the going much more difficult when they visit Hindolveston with both teams boasting 100 per cent league records.
Hethersett Athletic Sunday Firsts were extremely disappointed to bow out of the Norfolk Senior Sunday Cup when they lost 4-1 to AFC Wanderers after extra-time.
Hethersett were literally within seconds of winning when Wanderers equalised in injury time. Wanderers then went on to dominate extra-time scoring three goals against a tiring Hethersett side who missed numerous chances and a penalty in normal time. This week the team visit Unthank Arms in the league, still looking for their first victory of the season.
Hethersett Athletic Sunday Reserves went down 4-0 to a strong Norman Wanderers Reserves side in the County Cup. This week they visit PL Rangers in the league.
Hethersett Sunday A had a friendly against PL Rangers and went down 9-2 with their goals coming from Ryan O'Sullivan and Ross Luther-Veitch.
This week they are home to Taverham Reserves (Memorial Field 10.30am).
