For Connaught, Lee Fallows skipped Ollie Allen and Bill Adcock to three excellent wins in an evening of tense but high quality bowling. Connaught A had a good start but faltered a little until leading by just 9-7.
Three wins in the last four matches then helped give them a handy 15-9 margin going into the away leg at Hempnall on Easter Monday, 7.15pm start.

Connaught B avoided bottom slot in the Breckland League, level on points with Harling Rec but with a better shots difference.
