One thing that has been missing from Wymondham's rugby playing portfolio has been a women's rugby team, this situation will hopefully soon be remedied.
One the club's physios, Simone Philpott, is in the process of forming a women's team that will be managed Tracy Summers and coached by Lee Summers. There are already 15 ladies involved and there is a Facebook group called Wymondham Rugby Club Womens Team.
There are also plans to introduce a page on the official Wymondham rugby website wymondhamrugby.com
Anyone interested should come along to the club on a Tuesday at 7pm, when training takes place.
