HETHERSETT Athletic Football Club will be holding one of its most prestigious events of the year on Saturday at Hethersett Junior School.The youth team funday showcases boys and girls football throughout the club from the age of eight upwards.

The youth team funday showcases boys and girls football throughout the club from the age of eight upwards. The day also includes a family fete with plenty of attractions including a barbecue, tombola, mega slide, rodeo bull, inflatable football pitch, a display by Hethersett Hawks Cycle Speedway Club and a speed kick competition.
There will be presentations throughout the day to individual teams and small sided football games on the back field.
The event starts earlier than usual at 11am with a scheduled 4pm finish to allow fans to get home to watch England's opening World Cup match against the USA.
