A Norfolk Rotary club has been pulling together throughout the year to do whatever it can for charity and with Christmas around the corner they're working as hard as ever.

Wymondham Rotary Club and its Satellite Group organised a Christmas Box Appeal to support the Norfolk-based youth charity, Break, and their Moving on Team.

The team supports young people who have been living in Break's care homes after they reach the age of 18 and must move on to independent living.

The Christmas Box Appeal managed to raise more than £600 over the course of three weeks which enabled them to make up 30 food boxes which will be presented to the Moving on Team's young people at a special lunch tomorrow.

Terry Hickman Smith of the Wymonhdam Rotary Club said: 'Our thanks go to Lidl in Attleborough for their significant support in helping us to provide the food boxes for young people.'
