Wymondham Guides get set for fundraising
Girlguiding UK has challenged its members to 'Change the World' in the run up to the movement's centenary celebrations in 2010. Charities have worked with the Guides to produce activity packs which raise awareness of their work and give the Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section members an opportunity to Change The World through fund raising and action in the community.

Seven Guides from the 4th Wymondham Unit have chosen to support the charity Plan, in their campaign to build a school for girl's in Liberia.
The seven are putting together a photograph exhibition, to show the difference in their lifestyle and that of girls from Liberia and other developing countries. The exhibition will be in Wymondham Library from Saturday for one week. This will give everyone an opportunity to view the photos, and support Plan by making a small donation.
Other projects supported by Girlguiding Wymondham include The British Red Cross, Camfed and Book Aid International.
They have a book tent at the Jazz Picnic on Monday and take afternoon tea with other members at Wymondham Fun Day as Girlguiding Wymondham take their part in Changing the World.
