A living willow sculpture was unveiled yesterday overlooking the River Tiffey at Becketswell in Wymondham. It has been designed and constructed by Norfolk artist Kate Munro as part of the Tiffey Trails project to celebrate the heritage of the valley through the arts. She has been working with applied art GCSE students from Wymondham High School who helped with the design and selection of the site for the open work sculpture with linked arches which takes its shape from the abbey windows. It will eventually be covered with plants. Town mayor Len Elston performed the opening ceremony.
