Two men have been arrested after police who stopped their car on the A11 found a “large quantity” of Class A drugs.

Officers from Attleborough safer neighbourhood team, along with specials from Norfolk Constabulary, conducted a vehicle stop on the A11 on Saturday night.

Two men were taken into custody after officers found a large amount of wrapped substances in their possession.

Norfolk Police have been running Operation Gravity since November 2016 to crack down on the supply of drugs in the county through county lines.

Anyone with information about illegal drugs activity should contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101; however, if you have information but want to stay anonymous you can also contact independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
