Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision on the A11 near Attleborough on Friday. Police said the collision between a lorry and a saloon car happened at the junction with the B1077 shortly before 12.

Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision on the A11 near Attleborough on Friday.

Police said the collision between a lorry and a saloon car happened at the junction with the B1077 shortly before 12.45pm.

The male lorry driver is not believed to have been injured, but the driver and two passengers in the car suffered serious injuries. They were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital - one by air ambulance and two by land ambulances.
