Attleborough Sports and Recreation Forum - formed to address concerns about the lack of sports and recreation facilities in the town - has held its second meeting.

The group has been gathering facts and figures and is hoping to survey every household in the town regarding their wants and needs in the way of recreational facilities, be it sport based or other non-sport based leisure activities.

Members have been drafting a constitution which it is hoped will be adopted at the group's first annual meeting on June 12 in the Town Hall at 7.30pm. At the meeting the group hopes to give a presentation of its findings so far to representatives from local clubs and organisations so they can get a feel of what the group are hoping to achieve.
