New DIY store will bring 23 jobs

A new Focus DIY store which opens next month in Wymondham has created 23 new jobs, the company said.

The new team at the 25,000 square foot store on Harts Farm Road will benefit from just under £780,000 investment in the development of the store, which will also feature a 8,000 square foot garden centre.

The new team at the 25,000 sq ft store on Harts Farm Road will benefit from just under £780,000 investment in the development of the store, which will also feature a 8,000 sq ft garden centre. The store will open on December 10.

Mark Skelton, future manager of the Wymondham store, said: "We're very excited to be bringing both 23 new jobs and a brand new Focus store to Wymondham. The opening is not far away and the team is working hard to bring customers a wide range of great value DIY products and ideas all under one roof.

"Focus looks forward to putting together an offer to suit everyone from the DIY fanatic looking for paint, plaster and polyfilla, to the green-fingered gardener searching for plants, pots, paving and patio decking."
