A South Norfolk parish council is inviting its residents to attend an open day marking one year since the launch of the village's neighbourhood plan.

On Saturday, April 28, residents of New Buckenham will have the opportunity to find out how the village's neighbourhood plan has progressed since it was launched last year.

Covering a range of issues including traffic, wildlife, housing and tourism, neighbourhood plans are a legally binding documents which give people the opportunity to say how their area should develop in the coming years.

During the open day residents will be able to view the results of the public surveys and focus groups which have already been held and have the chance to voice their views and ideas on the plan.

The open day will take place in New Buckenham Village Hall, from 10am - 4pm and is free to attend. For more information visit: www.np4nb.online
