This month is skin cancer awareness month and a cancer charity is sending its mobile advice centre around south Norfolk.

Macmillan cancer Support's free service will be offering specialist support in Wymondham and Attleborough for two days next week.

Around 136,000 cases of non-melanoma skin cancer are diagnosed in the UK each year making it the most common type of cancer.

Early detection makes it easier to combat and as it is unlikely to spread skin cancer can also be easy to treat.

Sue Green, senior information development nurse at Macmillan, said: 'Knowing what changes to look for and when to see your doctor could make a real difference.

'Know your own body and if you notice any changes get them checked.'

The Macmillan bus is open to everyone and will be in Queen's Square car park in Attleborough Market on Thursday May 17 and Wymondham Market on Friday May 18.
