An inquest has been held into the death of a young woman who died in a road crash near Wymondham.
Chloe Everett, a 20-year-old trainee dental nurse from Merchants Court, Watton, died after suffering multiple injuries in the collision on the B1108 at Kimberley shortly before 8.30pm on June 6. Today's inquest at Norfolk Coroner's Court heard the black Peugeot car Ms Everett was driving had collided with a tree. There were no witnesses but a number of people stopped to help following the collision, including a nurse on her way home who tried to give first aid before emergency services arrived. The ambulance service attended but Ms Everett died at the scene.
A report by PC Lee Smart said he examined the vehicle and found no faults likely to have contributed to the crash. He also said no alcohol or drugs were found in Ms Everett's blood.
Area coroner Yvonne Blake said it was clear what happened was a tragic accident and recorded the conclusion that Ms Everett died as a result of a road traffic collision.
