Going up the wall at leisure centre

Wymondham Leisure Centre has been working with experts to improve the climbing wall and is having an open day on Saturday between 10am and 2pm.Anyone over the age of eight who attends will be offered a free taster climbing session and the chance to try new routes to the top.

Anyone over the age of eight who attends will be offered a free taster climbing session and the chance to try new routes to the top.

South Norfolk Council cabinet member Michelle Monck said: “The improvements to the climbing wall are part of our investment programme into our leisure centres, revamping and broadening the activities available.

“The open day is a great way for anyone to give climbing a go and get active.”
