Sparkling festive lights will illuminate market towns in south Norfolk when the festive seasons gets underway.

The town centre will be illuminated as thousands of Christmas bulbs spring into life on Saturday evening at 4pm, after Father Christmas journeys from Town Green to the Market Cross from 2.45pm.
Last weekend, dedicated volunteers from the Town Team, Baptist Church and Women's Institute (WI) turned out in force to cover Wymondham with the lights and 65 miniature trees, which had earlier been decorated by the WI.
Local businesses around the town handed out refreshments.
The lights and trees - new this year - come after a successful campaign led by Karen Claydon and Karen Speed to improve the town's display, which has been branded lacklustre in recent years.
Up at the Wymondham Abbey, a charity Christmas tree festival will begin. The festival, which runs from Saturday, December 5 to Friday, January 1, will open at 1.30pm and will raise cash for East Anglia's Children's Hospices and Wymondham Abbey.
Last year the festival, which will include trees made by preschools, primary schools, community groups and youth groups, raised £1,328.
Meanwhile, sets telling the nativity tale will decorate the Town Green Centre from 10am to 4pm, while a candlelit procession will wind from the Abbey to the Market Place at 5.30pm.
Stalls, hot food and drink and musicians will keep revellers happy in the Market Place.
Joe Mooney, Wymondham mayor, praised the groups involved with organising this year's events. He said: 'I would encourage local residents to attend the events and to do all they can to go along to the switching on of the lights.'

• Attleborough
Attleborough will be aglow with Christmas lights this weekend, as the town's annual winter carnival kickstarts the festive season.
With a theme of 'snow is falling', a street fair will line the town centre, with craft and charity stalls held in the town, church and sports halls from 1pm to 6pm.
Father Christmas, accompanied by his trusty reindeers, will drive his sleigh through the town, while Attleborough's firefighters will once again use the carnival as a fundraiser.
Last year, they raised cash for Sophie Warnes, who suffers with cerebral palsy. This year, money raised will go towards helping the station fund new equipment.
There will be carol singing around the Christmas tree at 3.45pm, after a blessing by the Reverend Matthew Jackson.
Soon after, the big lights switch-on will place at 4.15pm in Queen's Square.
Attleborough is known for its glowing display of Christmas lights, with dozens flocking to watch them light up the town every year.
Queen's Square will be closed for the day.
Meanwhile, firefighters at Attleborough Fire Station, based on Thieves Lane, will be carrying on the festive spirit with Santa's Grotto events on the following dates:
