A Norfolk heritage railway has announced a trio of themed trains for 2024 and there is something for everyone.
Running on the Mid-Norfolk Railway (MNR), the trips depart from Dereham Station.
1. Murder Mystery Train
When: May 18: 6.30pm (on sale), July 20, September 14
The first one of the year investigates Miss Marple's Mid Norfolk Marmalade Murder, set in 1954.
The MNR works with local company Dreamstone Products for these events and a fish and chip supper is provided.

2. The Dino Squad Express
When: May 29: 9.45am, 12.15pm, 2.45pm (on sale), August 15
The Dino Squad Express is back for its second year and it is aimed at families and organised in collaboration with The Dino Squad Ltd.
There are lots of different dinosaurs to meet at the station and onboard the steam train, as well as themed activities and photo opportunities.

3. The Polar Express Train Ride
When: November 9-December 23: various times (on sale)
This event has become a Christmas tradition for many families.
The conductor and chefs will entertain passengers on their trip to the North Pole, with refreshments of hot chocolate and cookies.
