The offering that many people associate with leisure centre cafés is fizzy drinks and chips, but a talented chef is transforming this perception in a Norfolk town.
Florin Stoian, who was born in Romania, opened Coffee with Flo inside Wymondham Leisure Centre in April 2022.
He has built up a loyal customer base and he also gets people coming just to visit the café, who aren't going for a swim or gym session.
He offers a range of homemade sweet and savoury treats and lunch options and a pre-bookable afternoon tea.

He has now branched out into brunch, which is currently available from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2pm.
The options include smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough, eggs benedict with avocado and bacon, bagels and pancakes, with vegan options available.

Mr Stoian, who also runs the catering company Skills 4 Service Ltd, said: "My customers have been impressed with the taste and high standard of presentation.
"The new brunch menu has some Mediterranean influences too."
Coffee with Flo is open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm at weekends.
