FOUR young people in Diss had a dramatic lesson in road safety by taking part in a mock road crash re-enactment.
The Cruiser Challenge event was organised by local agencies to educate young people about some of the consequences of driving in an anti-social manner.
More than 30 young drivers and passengers attended the event at Diss Fire Station on Friday to learn about all aspects of safe driving and road safety.
The participants experienced the realities of a road traffic collision whilst Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service cut four individuals out of a vehicle. The Casualties Union used professional make up to lend an air of realism.
Jonathan Wilby, Risk Manager from Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said: 'The Cruiser Challenge was once again a big success. It is really satisfying to see these young adults making the effort to attend this event.'
