Plans to set up a new amateur theatre society in Wymondham have taken a step forward.
Aspiring dramatists held their first meeting earlier this month in a bid to establish the new group.
Townsfolk are being invited to a meeting next week to come up with a name for the theatre society and set up an organising committee and constitution.
The group aims to stage performing productions and educational opportunities for the people of Wymondham.
The next meeting will take place at the Bridewell Resource Centre, in Browick Road, on Tuesday at 7.30pm.
