  • Newcastle are head and shoulders above the rest of the league, so a point was a good result. It could have been better, but for the defensive aberrations that have become the norm under Neil. The fact that he and the coaching staff have never got to grips with this part of the team, cost us relegation last season and will cost us promotion this season unless we go on one hell of a run from now on in. Sheffield Wednesday have a game in hand on us and can therefore go 7 points clear of us. Its an uphill battle to say the least.

  • To be brutality honest city lack in defence and are lacking in guidance and in need of a good manager nowhere near the standard of breaking out of this league maybe next season

  • This was out chance to prove a point and we flopped again. We don't deserve a playoff spot if we can't beat the top half. Good result in normal circumstances, but this just proves Neil's teams just don't have he the mettle. 3 draws and all losses against top half teams is beyond pathetic. He still needs to go.
