He is a clever boy and a quick learner who already knows his basic training.

And now two-year-old Lurcher, mighty Moose, is looking for a new permanent home.

His carers at Dogs Trust Snetterton, where he is currently staying, described him as “a very friendly, handsome chap” and added: “Soft toys are his main passion and he would do anything to play with them.

“A great lover of food, Moose enjoys the simple things in life and loves relaxing in his bed, watching the world go by.

“A fan of a good fuss, Moose is looking for a patient home where he can go on nice walks and chill out on the sofa afterwards.

“He can live with older teenagers aged 14 and over, and needs to be the only pet in the home.

“He would ideally love a good-sized, secure garden to play in to his heart’s content.”

Dogs Trust is the UK’s leading dog welfare charity and has a network of 20 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Dublin.
