Motorists have been warned to expect long delays following a crash on the A11 near Attleborough.

Emergency services were called at about 8.25am today (Tuesday, September 5) following reports of a crash involving two vehicles, one of which has overturned and is in a hedge.

The other vehicle is blocking the Norwich-bound lane of the A11.

Police, ambulance and fire, including appliances from Attleborough and Wymondham, have attended.

A police spokesman said they were still on scene dealing with the crash.

Everyone is out of the vehicles.

The full extent of any injuries is not known although the police spokesman said it appears they are “walking wounded”.

The vehicles have not yet been recovered and there are large queues as a result of the crash.
