New analysis of HM Land Registry data has revealed the priciest streets around Norfolk. 

House prices in the county average £274,000 but many homes command much higher valuations.

Here we took a look at the priciest streets in seven Norfolk towns according to property sale data from the last year.

1. Holt

The most expensive house in the close sold for £945,000 last year and the highest-valued property in the close is £977,000.

2. Great Yarmouth

Marine Crescent, which is near the seafront in Great Yarmouth, is the most expensive street in the town with an average value of £568,000.

The most expensive house sold for £480,000 in 2021 and the highest-valued property in the street is £770,000.

3. Aylsham

The priciest house in the street sold for £1,175,000 in 2019 and the highest-valued property is worth £1,561,000.

4. Thetford

5. Sheringham

Links Road near Sheringham Golf Club is the most expensive street in the coastal town with an average value of £749,000.

The most expensive house in the street sold for £1,100,000 in 2021. The same house also has the highest valuation at £1,205,000.

6. Wymondham

The Drive is the most expensive street in Wymondham with an average value of £784,000.

The most expensive house on the street sold for £850,000 in 2021. The same house also has the highest valuation at £893,000.

7. Cromer
