A new salon will soon be opening in the Norwich Lanes with a top award nominee at the helm.
Victoria Aalker, 30, is the owner of Rural Hair in Wymondham and has announced the launch of her new venture in St Benedicts Street.
The mum of two started her career in hairdressing as a "Saturday girl" before beginning an apprenticeship at John Oliver's in Norwich.
She opened her first space in Wymondham after the pandemic which she says has been a huge success and allowed her to expand.

"My vision is to create a space where guests can come relax, unwind and enjoy their time while feeling valued and appreciated," she said.
"Rural Hair & Co will be a place to create beautiful work and for hairdressers to grow their businesses and achieve amazing things, just like I have done."
According to Victoria, who was a finalist in the 2022 Hair and Beauty Awards, the new space - formerly Norwich Sunblinds - is in a great location and is perfect for hosting training events and freelance business opportunities.
She hopes to open in early March.
