A holiday site in Norfolk has been named one of the UK's best remote cabin stays.
Settle, based in Shropham near Attleborough, has been hailed by the Times as one the region's top getaways.
The site is based within 30 acres of parkland which formerly belonged to the Shropham Hall estate, with the largest lake dating back to the 17th century.
Guests have the option to stay in a cabin, a repurposed railway goods carriage, or a canvas safari tent.
When are the bank holidays in 2024?
READ MORE:The Times said: "The owners of this lakeside cabin also run Morways Reclamation yard in Norfolk - so it’s no surprise all of the materials used in its construction were salvaged.
"It feels more chic than shabby with a super king-size bed and freestanding bath, plus two private yoga decks and a wood-fired hot tub to soak in outside."
The site is run by Jo and John Morfoot.
The parkland has been in John's family for decades and his late father planned to transform it into an idyllic campsite.
When John inherited it he continued the work begun by his father, planting hundreds of trees and thousands of flowering bulbs, digging out the lakes and creating a haven for many species of wildlife, birds and fish.
